These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and services provided by M-tex Systems (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

M-tex Systems provides custom printing, signage, design, and related online services. Products are produced according to customer specifications, including artwork, text, and uploaded materials.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

By placing an order or uploading materials to our website, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
   
• All information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
   
• You have full rights or authorization to use any artwork, images, or text submitted for printing.
   
• Your content does not infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.
   

You agree to indemnify and hold M-tex Systems harmless from any claims arising from the content or materials you provide.

All printed and designed products are custom-made to customer specifications.
We provide digital proofs or mockups (when applicable) for customer approval before production.

By approving a proof, you confirm that all details, including spelling, colors, and design layout, are correct. Once approved, M-tex Systems is not liable for errors identified after printing or production.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
Payment in full is required before production begins unless other arrangements are agreed upon in writing.

We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods processed through third-party payment processors. M-tex Systems does not store full payment details.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Production times vary based on order size, complexity, and current workload. Estimated turnaround times are provided for reference and are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated in writing.

Shipping times are determined by the carrier. M-tex Systems is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final unless the item is defective or produced in error due to our fault.

We may, at our discretion, offer a reprint or partial refund in the following cases:

• Incorrect product shipped.
   
• Manufacturing or printing defect.
   
• Damage during shipment reported within 7 business days of delivery.
   

To request a return or reprint, contact btextrailers@gmail.com with order details and supporting photos.

We do not accept returns for:

• Errors in customer-provided files or designs.
   
• Color variations due to monitor differences.
   
• Late deliveries caused by shipping delays.
   

All artwork, designs, and content uploaded by the customer remain the property of the customer.
By uploading materials, you grant M-tex Systems a limited, non-exclusive license to use such content solely for production and order fulfillment.

All original templates, layouts, and proprietary designs created by M-tex Systems remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, M-tex Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless M-tex Systems, its employees, officers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Texas, USA.

M-tex Systems reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
